For the past 24 hours, Las Vegas Airport has been buzzing with people arriving worldwide to attend CES 2025. On Monday evening, Nvidia’s CEO, Jensen Huang, officially kicked off the giant tech conference with his keynote speech - promising a new personal AI supercomputer.
Jensen Huang delivered his speech at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, unveiling Project Digits, a personal AI supercomputer.
“It will make AI mainstream in every application for every industry,” Huang said, emphasizing the system’s potential to empower the next generation of AI innovation.
Powered by Nvidia’s GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, Project Digits will be compact enough to fit on a desk. It will run AI models with up to 200 billion parameters and cost $3,000 to start. According to Jensen, the launch is planned for May.
CES 2025, which draws participants from across the globe, is expected to host nearly 150,000 attendees and feature more than 4,500 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations in consumer technology.
The Global Scorecard Winners ceremony, a biennial award recognizing nations excelling in supporting entrepreneurship and innovation, will take place on Tuesday morning. Sweden’s Minister Ebba Busch and Finland’s U.S. Ambassador, Leena-Kaisa Mikkola, will be among the attendees.
On Wednesday, Volvo Group CEO Martin Lundstedt will deliver his keynote speech, highlighting the company’s latest advancements in sustainable transportation. At the same event, Ebba Busch plans to talk about Sweden’s transformation into a global leader in innovation and sustainability.
Although the Nordic countries do not have a unified agenda this year, approximately 100 companies from Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark are present at the conference.
