Volvo Group Steps Up at CES 2025

Volvo Group is increasing its presence at CES 2025, with CEO Martin Lundstedt as one of the keynote speakers. He will unveil the company’s latest innovations in sustainable transport, highlighting Volvo Group’s drive toward a fossil-free future.

Volvo Group's presentation will highlight the need for more sustainable and efficient operations, driven by electrification, connectivity, and automation. The company states that, in addition to technology, collaboration is its most effective tool for achieving the goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2040.

“We are excited to showcase how our advancements are transforming the future of mobility,” says Lundstedt in a press release. “The technology is here, but it's crucial to have the right conditions in place to ensure that society and the planet benefit from these fossil-free solutions.”

Martin Lundstedt has been the CEO of Volvo Group since October 2015. Before joining Volvo, he was the CEO of Scania, another major Swedish truck manufacturer.

By stepping onto the CES stage, Volvo aims to strengthen its position as a leader in the future of transport, with a focus on sustainable innovation and industry-wide collaboration. Lundstedt’s presentation is expected to detail not only Volvo’s cutting-edge technology but also the vital role partnerships play in achieving these ambitious goals.
